The Service Level Analysis and Reporting is a team spread across 2 geographic locations serving customers across the world. I was present in Gurgaon and the other location in India is Mumbai`.

I provided valuable business intelligence to the customer facing (Service Management) teams by empowering them with the right set of information, analysis and recommendations. I added value to their interactions with the customer and at the same time drove the right priorities and improvements internally.

My team provided all necessary services as well as expertise to the Service Management community to help them support their customers in a consistent and professional manner, while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
